* Strong time management skills with the capacity to work with multiple Financial Advisors balancing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
* Detail-oriented and organized ensuring a high standard of accuracy
* Critical-thinking and analytical skills to:
* Identify, analyze, and resolve branch team questions in an efficient manner
* Effectively use resources to determine the best resolution for the support staff and branch

* An independent self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and identifying opportunities for efficiency
* Service-oriented with strong relationship-building and communication skills to support Financial Advisors and the branch team
* Strong computer skills and an aptitude to quickly learn new software

*Key responsibilities*
* [As a leader, recruit, onboard, train and conduct performance reviews ]()for the branch support team
* Take an active role in the annual business planning process and enable branches to meet their business plans through monitoring, supporting, and anticipating obstacles
* Ensure ongoing partnership with headquarters and Regional Leadership to identify and implement new processes for increased capacity and client experience
* Champion branch adoption of services that make it easy for clients to do business with Edward Jones (examples may include e-delivery, WebEx, Online Access, etc.)

*Job requirements*
High School Diploma/Equivalent required
Associates degree in human resources, related field or equivalent experience required
Bachelor's degree in human resources related field preferred
2+ years leading, recruiting, onboarding, conducting performance reviews, and training preferred
2+ years of financial services industry preferred
3+ years working in a financial services industry supervisor/management role preferred
