Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center LPNs are responsible for providing telephonic clinical assessments utilizing approved medical protocols per policy and recommending an appropriate level of clinical care based on clinical judgment and protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • ""
  • Current LPN license in the State of Florida
  • ""
  • 2+ years of experience as an LPN
  • ""
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • ""
  • HIPAA compliant designated in-home office/workspace
  • ""
  • The hired individual that resides in Florida (office based or telecommuting) this position requires the AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all clinicians that have direct face to face contact with members OR employees who will have access to confidential patient data and will require renewal every five years.
  • ""
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and ability to demonstrate proficiency through a provided language assessment
  • ""
  • 2 + years of experience using a computer and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
