**What You Will Achieve**



Working with Pfizer's dynamic engineering team, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing information systems to improve manufacturing success rates and ensuring zero down time. You will integrate manufacturing, process operational knowledge, equipment control and data into systems, which enforces the sequence of operations across departments.



As an associate, your focus on the job will contribute in achieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.

**How You Will Achieve It**



+ Deploy and test our automated processes, systems and equipment.

+ Execute Good Manufacturing Practices and verification protocols.

+ Provide 24x7x365 support of our automation systems.

+ Monitor issues to identify and develop preventative solutions.

+ Support the development of Preventive Maintenance Procedures for process controlsystems.

+ Adhere to safe work practices.

+ Monitor and trend issues to identify and develop preventative solutions

+ Contribute to the completion of project milestones, organize own work to meet projecttask deadlines, and communicate progress and issues to peers.



**Qualifications**



**Must-Have**



+ Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 2 or more years of engineering experience.

+ Hands-on experience with engineering design and validation

+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams

+ Proven ability to work in team environment and contribute as a team member

+ Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change

+ Ability to communicate technical issues to management and customers in an effective and understandable manner.

+ Demonstrated organizational skills and can meet project task deadlines

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill



**Nice-to-Have**



+ Pharmaceutical industry engineering experience

+ Control system technical knowledge, such as Systech, Rockwell, Wonderware, VMware, and OSI PI.

+ Technical Troubleshooting experience



**NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS**



Schedule is Monday - Friday, 1st shift typically from 7am or 8am to 4pm or 5pm.
