Job Responsibilities

- As an Automation Developer and Member of an Agile Team you will provide support for the Wireless Packet Core Automation team developing Data service orchestration as well as Automated testing of Data services

- Participate in the design, development, testing, and management of processes and tools in the Wireless Packet Core Automation team

- Provide support with Configuration Management (CM) and Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)

- Support systems and prove to ensure compliance with established standards and requirements
-
- Provide escalation support 7x24 as needed for services/platforms.

Ideal Candidate skillsand experience
- Experienced with using git as a source control system for scripts

- Experienced with writing & maintaining Python scripts for software automation

- Experienced with writing automated tests for their scripts

- Experience with test-driven development; Python-based testing frameworks (like Pylint) would be a plus

- Experience with batch scripting, you will be working with some older machines & legacy code

- Experience: 5-8 years

- Experience collaborating with customers, developers, UX designers, and other non-technical partners

- Exposed to developing big data and AI/ML
