Associate Software Engineer - Las Vegas, NV - 893812
Responsible for interacting with the business team to understand functional requirements; documenting business process flows, functional specifications and business requirements; Siebel CRM development and C# development and integration experience; analyzing business and user needs, performing the feasibility analysis and providing the estimate for the requirements; designing and developing the solution per business requirements; configuring and customizing objects to meet application design and functional requirements; working with C# and Siebel integration API , as needed; creating the technical designs for the build and recommending appropriate solutions; conducting Unit testing and bug fixing of all built components; performing bug fixing and carrying out enhancement requests during UAT and Validation testing. In addition, the Sr. Applications Developer will also perform code migration and schema changes for the multiple databases(Sybase, Oracle, SQL); perform peer review of components developed by other team members; create proof of concept for more complex requirements to help clients make application decisions; manage all of the application and web Siebel Servers; oversee production patches and applying them; identify, track and ensure that the project deliverables are completed on time with quality standards; and communicate with other teams for the impact of any requirement.

Provide support and leadership in critical production support issue resolution
Support the team for application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis
Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs
Participates in requirements gathering, program design, and database design
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
The Software Engineer performs a variety of complicated tasks including production support and troubleshooting
Uses technical knowledge and experience to resolve development and support issues
May lead and direct the work of others, including code reviews and mentoring other staff on industry best practices

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with C# and visual studio
Experience with Siebel
3+ years web development experience
3+ years database development experience (Sybase, Oracle, SQL)
Ability to work in Las Vegas, NV Office
You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
