We are looking for an"entrepreneurial, analytical, and customer focused Associate Director on the"Product Development team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about product"development and have digital and operational design skills. In this role you will"lead cross-functional partners, stakeholders and delivery teams through the empirical"product development process with both strategic thinking and tactical execution."You will be responsible for managing the product backlogs and accountable for"delivering value. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the elicitation and" documentation of product backlog goals with cross-functional partners and" stakeholders, including customers, product management, product development" and executive management teams.
  • Communicate product backlog vision," goals and value with cross-functional partners, stakeholders and delivery" teams.
  • Own product backlog and execution strategy" through prioritization, analysis, problem solving, solutioning and product" delivery team structure
  • Maximize adaptiveness in support" of higher value through empirical product development, consumer research, tracking" and monitoring product performance, demonstrating value and continuous" feedback loops.
  • Lead forecasting and planning" activities
  • Sets team direction, resolves" problems and provides guidance to cross-functional partners, stakeholders" and delivery teams.
  • Create a servant leadership culture" and foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and" stakeholders

Required"Qualifications:

""
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent" experience) required
  • 5+ years leading product" development in large matrix organization or heath care environments
  • Servant leadership and growth mindset
  • Experience defining product" backlog goals and priorities within a large matrix organization
  • Practical experience delivering" products using empirical product development methods, human centered" design processes and agile principles
  • Experience working cross functionally with an" interdisciplinary team of clinicians, data scientists, digital product" designers and technologists
  • Solid communication skills," including written, spoken, and presentation communications with customers," product management, product development and executive management teams
  • Agile experience relating to" product development, architecture, dev ops and frameworks
  • Ability to travel up to 10% based" on business needs

  • Agile Certification(s)
