Our members are counting on us to deliver these important, sometimes life-saving medications in an accurate and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Advise patients on alternate Rx fill strategies of retail versus mail order and options for financial assistance.
  • Review medical case notes to determine on going medication treatment plan and project future medication costs.
  • Work is frequently completed without established procedures.
  • Applies knowledge/skills to a range of moderately complex activities.
  • Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests.
  • Solves moderately complex problems on own.

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
