This role will oversee establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with internal contacts, network providers, and ensuring the network composition includes necessary distribution of provider specialties and maintaining dedicated clinics, as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Own end to end documentation of processes in development of provider network
  • ""
  • Develop functional strategy, plans, production and/or organizational priorities
  • ""
  • Oversee identification and resolution of technical, operational and organizational problems both within team and outside team as assigned
  • ""
  • Oversee product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact entire functions and/or customer accounts (internal or external)
  • ""
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a complex, rapidly paced environment
  • ""
  • Oversight of office managers in Fixed Clinics in various locations
  • ""
  • Management of team rosters
  • ""
  • Ensure compliance with all training and implementation of policies, procedures, goals and objectives for assigned staff in dedicated clinics
  • ""
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of all medical records, PHI and PII
  • ""
  • Review and analyze clinic metrics to ensure meeting company goals (e.g., weekly, quarterly, annually, etc.)
  • ""
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • ""
  • 8+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • ""
  • 6+ years of experience with a provider network contracting team to include leadership and oversight of complex network providers with accountability for business sound results
  • ""
  • 3+ years ofexperience in a leadership role, overseeing a team with multiple team members and leadership of project plan
  • ""
  • Available for U.S. travel up to 25%
  • "
