Our Corporate Design Team leverages design to communicate the value(s) of PepsiCo to our employees, shareholders, and customers through close collaboration with our global corporate functions. OUR OPPORTUNITY The Junior Designer is responsible for partnering across different design projects to create high-quality solutions to comprehensive brand design and graphic design initiatives. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated understanding of design thinking and apply our human-centered approach to each step of the design process from ideation to concept development, refinement and execution. Qualifications/Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in design with a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic and brand design. Background in brand design and creating 360 identities. Strong understanding of graphic design. Skilled in sketching and articulating their creative thinking to develop ideas and communicate creative concepts. Collaborative and comfortable ideating and producing their ideas within a team-based design environment. Strong technical skills and ability to illuminate ideas and visualize design stories across a variety of media. Experience designing and illustrating in a wide variety of styles for all kinds of visual assets and layouts. Excited by the opportunity to research complex subjects and develop treatments while keeping each project on time and within budget. Passionate, motivated and highly creative.
