Primary Responsibilities:

  • Candidate serves as the primary contact for escalated calls/e-mails from the client and assists with responding to service/operational issues providing prompt resolution. 

  • Candidate will handle daily requests for benefit updates from the client and coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate implementation of client requests.

  • Candidate will handle daily requests for benefit updates from the client and coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate implementation of client requests.

  • Candidate will interface with internal OptumRx resources (Customer Service, Implementation, Mail Service, Specialty, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Benefit Design, Eligibility or Client Management, Finance, etc) for further investigation and resolution of client needs or requests. 

  • Candidate will be responsible for maintenance of critical client documentation including CID, IFS, plan matrixes, formulary databases, meeting agendas, notes and action logs.
