The AVP Clutch will create and implement the strategy that transforms consumer mobility, specifically vehicle

ownership alternatives, fractional access to transportation. The individual in this role requires a deep understanding

of consumers with the ability to translate consumer preferences into a compelling business case to influence

dealerships, rental, leasing companies and OEMs. They are responsible for meeting transaction targets as well as

revenue goals and ultimately the success of Mobilitys fractional access vertical. This leader will work across Cox

Automotive with leaders in Product, Marketing and Sales to drive market growth and achieve revenue targets.


The AVP Clutch will be a key member of the Mobility leadership team and will contribute to the overall strategic direction

of Mobility including the acquisition strategy and integration of companies that compliment Mobilitys fractional access

vertical.




* Establish strategic direction to lead the continued innovation, growth and evolution of consumer mobility and then Clutch team.

* Collaborate with the President of Mobility Solutions and work autonomously to build and drive execution of operating plans in line with financial expectations.

* Applies deep understanding of consumer preferences to shape fractional access strategy and to build new client relationships with dealers, rental, leasing companies and OEMs.

* Facilitate activities related to executing the M&A roadmap for target companies in the pipeline, including development of businesses cases, discovery and implementation.

* Manage teams responsible for on-boarding new accounts, performance management, resolving client issues, and servicing client requests.

* Lead and facilitate the development of shared vehicle access; make enhancements to existing processes, systems or products.

* Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each client. Utilize established KPIs to design strategic initiatives to achieve growth targets.

* Coordinate with sales and account management teams to identify client-specific goals and establish a frameworkfor analyzing performance towards achievement of goals.

* Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure ongoing client needs are met through efficient management of client requests.

* Maintain ongoing awareness of market conditions and trends to ensure effective reaction to market changes and proactive develop of solutions ahead of need.

* Responsible for achieving revenue, transaction and growth targets.

* Performs all duties inherent in a managerial role. Provides input for departmental budget, ensures training/cross training, career discussions, team member relation issues, and provides management approval for hiring, promotions, terminations, salary actions.

* Position Mobility fractional access as the leader in vehicle subscription software. 25%

* Establishes and develops strong relationships / alignment with key partners across the Cox Automotive matrix and within Mobility. 25%

* Manage and prioritize initiatives based on client value, revenue opportunity, profitability. 15%

* Actively manages the operating budget to protect profitability. 10%

Qualifications:

* 12 years of relevant experience required

* A minimum of 7 years in a leadership role

* Ability to translate consumer and client information into a business strategy

* Management experience in a complex organization, with a proven track record of positive results and innovation

* Prior experience integrating teams and building consensus with stakeholders

* Demonstrated leadership of client relationship management and/or solving client needs

* Ability to develop sound strategic frameworks and use these frameworks to analyze business opportunities and risks

* Broad industry experience and knowledge of automotive retailing, financing & insuring

* Ability to structure complex cross-organization projects

* Comfortable leading through ambiguity

* Ability to Influence and negotiate with a wide range of audiences, internally and externally with great latitude on business results

* Strong interpersonal skills - flexible, collaborative, positive attitude, highly motivated and curious about market evolutions

* Presentation skills - ability to convert analysis and business plans into compelling, persuasive presentations



EDUCATION AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:




* Bachelors degree (required)

* MBA (preferred)

* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence an operations and/or support function

* Demonstrated proficiency in building and growing teams

* Demonstrated ability to convert strategy into strong business plans
