If there are multiple architectures and partners involved, your technical team will be responsible for the working across boundaries to ensure we meet requirements but knowing when to stop and seek guidance to ensure we align to our commercial and technical commitments - they dont need to know everything, but they need to synchronize the people who do and know when to ask for direction and support. You will lead a team who understand the criticality of their role and how they can build and develop new opportunities through the relationships they develop. These are critical teams you will need to drive one of these teams to be the best they can be.

Bridge: The architects and Engineers within your team are the bridge between pre-sales and post-sales. You will need to partner with the other Cisco teams to ensure we have a smooth transition from what weve sold (and the associated customer expectations) and what we ultimately deliver. Your team will own the technical design, delivery and future transformation activities working in close partnership with the wider delivery organization (SDM, PGM, PM and SIA). You will proactively work with the CX Portfolio and BU teams to ensure your team are aware and enabled to support new products and services.

Expand: The architect and engineers within your team will have a unique relationship with the service delivery and Technology and Transformation Group (TTG) teams. Your team will be expected to understand the competitive landscape of the technology they are focused on and where Cisco has a strength that can be brought to bear. Equally you will know where our threats exist and what we need to do to demonstrate technical leadership and innovation to secure and stabilize existing and new franchises..
