AppDynamics Territory Sales Manager, ASEAN

We are looking for an enterprise sales over-achiever who strives to push boundaries and develop their career each and every day. Evolving at a rapid pace, AppDynamics is dominating the Application Intelligence marketplace and requires an experienced A-player with a thirst for action and an appetite for massive earnings.

The role:

  • Identify top 25 greenfield accounts that would be the first year revenue generators in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam
  • Create an executable plan to go after the 25 identified accounts.
  • Create a land & expand sales plan for each of the accounts.
  • Maximise ROT (Return on your time) in the 25 accounts.
  • Establish a business value for the 25 accounts enabling them to make a faster decision on AppDynamics.
  • Engage using a sales methodology that guarantees success.
  • Exceed quarterly and yearly quotas.
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
  • Team up with the Pre-sales buddy to demonstrate technical value as a clear differentiator.
  • Invest in your self-development, focusing on the skills and attributes that will make you successful in your core role and get you set up for future success.

Pipeline generation is the lifeblood of our operation and in joining this team; you must possess that same drive to uncover new opportunity as part of your daily operating rhythm with a maniacal focus on closures.

Who are you today?

  • A proven sales professional, selling enterprise technologies to the top enterprises across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam over last 4-7 years. You have sold to Banks, Financial Services, Telco, Government and state-owned companies and have experience in successfully creating and closing opportunities in greenfield accounts.
  • Have a history of over- achieving against quota.
  • Self-starter with an ability generate pipeline and execute closures.
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level.
  • Engage prospects using a value-based sales methodology that helps you get bigger and faster deals.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced start up culture.
  • Loves to learn and loves to execute.
  • Ambitious to grow.
