An over-achiever in Enterprise Software Sales based in Mumbai, who strives to push boundaries and develop their career each and every day. Evolving at a rapid pace, Cisco AppDynamics dominates the Application Intelligence marketplace and we are looking for experienced A-players with a thirst for action, ability to think big and an appetite for massive earnings.

As one of the flag bearers of the rapidly growing India Business in AppD, you are expected to be the CEO and the Janitor of your own business.

Charter:

As an Individual contributor, This role entails the following charter:

       Drive AppD specific engagements across key accounts in the West region (mix of selected accounts in BFSI, Conglomerates, IT/ITES and Service Providers).

       Rapidly grow the BFSI and Non-BFSI space using Land/Expand strategy

       Identify opportunities within the selected accounts that would be revenue generators in the 1st year itself.

       Create an executable coverage and pipeline generation plan to go after the identified accounts.

       Create a land & expand sales plan for each of the selected accounts.

       Maximise ROT (Return on your time) in the selected accounts.

       Drive a sales execution plan that results in bigger and faster revenue streams for AppD.

       Work proactively across your ecosystem (Partners, Cisco, Presales etc.) but own the outcome for everything in your accounts.

       Engage using defined sales process and methodology that guarantees success.

       Forecast accurately QoQ and exceed quarterly and yearly quota.

       Nurture early phase large multi-million opportunities for future potential.

       Team up with the Pre-sales buddy to demonstrate technical and business value as a clear differentiator.

       Work closely with Cisco teams in your focus accounts and drive large transformational deals as well as penetrate into key accounts using their access and reach   

       Invest in your self-development, focusing on the skills and attributes that will make you successful in your core role and get you set up for future success.

Who are you today?

       A proven sales professional, selling enterprise technologies to West accounts (BFSI and/or Non-BFSI) over last 5+ years.

       You have sold independent software solutions to Banks, Conglomerates, IT/ITES, xSPs etc.

       You have a history of over- achieving against quota for the last 3 years

       You are a self-starter with an ability generate qualified pipeline leveraging the eco system (partners, social selling etc.) and mindset to execute a faster closure.

       You have an experience in managing the end-to-end software sales cycle from technology/domain champions to CIOs/CxOs/MDs to Financial Decision Makers/CFOs etc.

       Engage prospects using a value based sales methodology and has a mindset to do bigger and faster deals.

       Thrive in a fast paced start up culture and heavy on activity and adherence to sales process.

       Loves to execute & Loves to learn.

       Ambitious - to grow, to over-achieve and to make more $$.
