The EMEA business has grown from 6 people and $5m revenue to 250 people delivering $126m in revenue in four years, and we are not slowing down. The Channel Account Manager will be a key player in maximizing our continued growth in Germany by developing strong and profitable alliances with key Resellers and specialized Partners and enabling the internal sales team.

A highly visible and strategic role, the Channel Account Manager will lead the overall channel plan for the German Region, measured against revenue targets. You will be responsible for directly targeting existing partners, building a shared vision and partner plan, and driving standards adoption and partner enablement leading to joint engagement in the field.

Who You'll Work With:

Working in an individual contributor position within a high-energy team of Partner Account Managers who have a track record of significant overachievement. Pipeline generation is the lifeblood of our operation and in joining this team; you must possess that same aim to uncover new opportunity as part of your daily operating rhythm. While extraordinarily talented, the team retains a significant focus on personal and professional development, therefore we will only seek individuals wishing to grow and develop their careers.

Who You Are:

First and foremost, you ideally have a Bachelors Degree as well as strong negotiation skills. Strong and proven written and verbal communications are a must. You also have:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota
  • Both SaaS and on-premise selling experience a MUST
  • Previous Sales Methodology training - MEDDIC, SaaS Performance Management or Applications experience, and strong customer references preferred
  • Experience crafting the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level
  • Excellent presentation and poise
  • Strong digital literacy, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Must be able to speak fluent German
