About the Role:

Join a team of record breakers and help your future customers transform themselves into digital first companies. At AppDynamics, our sales team is the heartbeat of the EMEA business. We have grown from 6 people achieving $5m revenue to 250 people delivering $126m in revenue in four years, and we aim to continue this trend. With our ambitious growth plans, we are always seeking the top enterprise sales talent to drive our continued growth. We'd love to work with those who strive to push boundaries, to think bigger and act smarter, to face challenges without fear and take every opportunity to hone their craft.

Who You Are:

  • You have a university degree
  • You have a consistent track record in Enterprise Software Sales selling a disruptive technology, achieving your field sales quota, quarter on quarter
  • You are ready to manage 15-20 Enterprise accounts
  • You are ready to think differently, learn, and adopt new methodologies
  • You pipeline generate to break into new tier 1 customers
  • Youve great experience selling directly to C-level
  • Youve experience in running complex sales campaigns
  • Youve had to establish what the challenges and needs are within customers to find budget for the solutions youve sold
  • You constantly look for solutions to problems, and how to solve business challenges
  • You are a natural champion builder and focus and commit to add real value
  • You are an entrepreneur; you run your patch like a business and consistently manage your own pipeline. You know that pipeline generation is fundamental to your success
  • You speak German and English fluently
  • IT Industry background is of strong advantage



Location: the candidate can be based anywhere in Germany
