JOB TITLE: APAC Channel and Order Operations Analyst

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As Asia Pacifics Channel and Order Operations Analyst you will be operating within a hybrid role supporting both our internal sales teams and our channel partner community. You will assist with coaching on operational processes and help with data analysis, reporting, Power Point presentations and multi-functional process reviews. You are detailed oriented, dedicated, creative and always ready to help your team where needed.

 

Your primary Order Operations responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing submitted sales orders for accuracy, completeness and alignment to our booking policy
  • Communicating and resolving any issues around customer license generation
  • Completing and updating appropriate order/customer information in Salesforce.com
  • Booking reconciliation
  • Assisting/Coordinating training new and existing sales reps with Salesforce.com, our quoting system and other sales tools that are used within our organisation
  • Maintaining and refining data maintenance and integrity
  • Creating and distributing communication of all process changes within the sales environment
  • Creating and maintaining field sales dashboards and reporting in salesforce.com.

 

Your Channel Operations responsibilities include:

  • Being the partners first point of contact on questions regarding deal registrations, partner processes and quote to booking procedures, along with pointing direction to other required resources
  • Provide support to newly signed partners by shepherding all contracts through approval processes and coordinating all partner system access.
  • Provide ongoing partner enablement around campaigns, reporting and training
  • Train BDR/SDRs to qualify and convert partner leads
  • Manage partner leads status reports and resolution before its expiration

 

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

To be a successful Channel and Order Operations Analyst at AppDynamics, you should have substantial experience in sales operations, finance or accounting. Additionally, you should:

  • Thrive on working within a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Have a solid understanding of selling through channel programs, sales process techniques and strategies
  • Experience working collaboratively as well as independently within a team
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of the business
  • Demonstrating high-level problem-solving skills and analytical skills
  • Understanding of quote to cash procedures
  • High attention to detail
  • Understand complexities working within a matrix working environment
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments within the organization to meet similar business initiatives.
