About the Role

As our Sales Strategy & Analytics Manager you will work closely with colleagues across sales to deliver insights that will drive performance and efficiency. You will also manage other team member(s) to deliver analytic insights and variety of reporting. The role relies on a strong technical foundation, along with curiosity to explore key issues related to unlocking growth. Will work 1:1 with our Partner Operations and Field Operations teams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing key insights to sales by leading all aspects of creation and delivery of reporting and dashboards
  • Partnering with other Sales Operations teams (Partner Operations, Field Operations, Revenue Operations) to co-create and produce insights across the sales organization
  • Partnering with AppDs Data and Insights team to ensure alignment on analytics issues meaningful for sales
  • Designing and running analytics-based experiments targeting opportunities to drive growth
  • Ad hoc requests for analytics support
  • Collaborating with peers across the business to improve the overall effectiveness of our go-to-market activities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of work experience in highly analytical role, with some sales operations experience; familiarity with channel operations and/ or field operations a plus
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment, preferably enterprise software
  • Ability to define and direct multiple workstreams, and distill and deliver insights
  • Highly collaborative; ability to use expertise across teams, partner with sales leaders, and think creatively about tackling complex challenges
  • Advanced Excel, Salesforce, SQL and Tableau
  • Advanced understanding of databases and data structure
  • Intermediate+ understanding of modeling/ forecasting
  • Strong team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and strong work ethic
