About the Role:


As Regional Director, you will need to be a world-class coach and mentor, able to build and

develop a team of top enterprise sales talent. You will evangelise our scientific, leading indicator and metric-driven sales methodology, and drive adoption and expertise within your team to guarantee over-achievement against targets and quotas.

Qualifications Required:


Who You Are:

    • You have a university degree
    • You have a consistent track record in Enterprise Software Sales selling a disruptive technology, achieving your field sales quota, quarter on quarter
    • You have proved team management experience
    • Ideally you have experience with MEDDIC Sales Methodology
    • You demonstrate a true value based sales approach and have experience explaining complex ROI models to C level customers
    • You are ready to think differently, learn, and adopt new methodologies
    • You pipeline generate to break into new tier 1 customers
    • Youve experience in running complex sales campaigns
    • Youve had to establish what the challenges and needs are within customers to find budget for the solutions youve sold
    • You constantly look for solutions to problems, and how to solve business challenges
    • You are a natural champion builder and focus and commit to add real value
    • you run your patch like a business and consistently manage your own pipeline. You know that pipeline generation is fundamental to your success
    • You are fluent in German and English both in speaking and writing
