As an individual contributor You will be leading the regional channel engagement and GTM channel strategy for Managed Service Providers. You will be responsible for the execution of AppDynamics overall channel strategy in your region.
You will be part of an exciting new team and lead the development and execution for our new MSP go-to-market.
You will take ownership of recruiting and building a strong channel to add value to the AppDynamics sales process.
You will influence Partners business transformation while developing and promoting Partners unique value propositions, sales & operational processes, and internal consumption of AppDynamics and Ciscos wider software solutions. You will be the channel partners ambassador internally towards the AppDynamics/Cisco sales team.
You will build trust, credibility and relevance with Partners sales teams to increase the number of active Partner sellers of our solutions. Success will require a strong baseline of experience in partner-centric sales and the related ability to coach by example (adopting a train, teach, position methodology for Partner sellers success).
You are an outcome-focused sales & business development professional with a strong goal and performance orientation and at least several years experience developing, launching and managing a channel lead go to market models.
The EMEA business has grown from 6 people and $5m revenue to 250 people delivering $126m in revenue in four years, and we are not slowing down.
