As AppD Sales General Manager at Cisco, you will lead the Latam Region with a strong background in executive-level communication, building customer and partner relationships, and sales planning and segmentation. This role involves positioning and promoting the partner value proposition, leading account managers in the development and expansion of opportunities, and reinforcing existing relationships. You will possesses strategic technical knowledge, and can succeed as a leader and mentor in a demanding and rewarding sales environment. This is a good opportunity to apply your sales leadership experience working with great sales teams and solutions using todays most innovative technologies.

Who You'll Work With

Youll lead an account team of 10 specialists, 3+ Regional Directors and 15+ Account Managers. You will be responsible for developing and execute sales strategy and tactics that maximize AppD/Cisco opportunity within the customer environment and maximize our partners profit. Along with sales planning, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting and delivering on quota. Direct customer contact will comprise a large portion of this assignment and must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.

Regional travel is required, but is not likely to exceed 60% of the time.

Who You Are

You are passionate about the customer experience and excited about new technology. You are a true teammate and love to learn. You have:

5+ years of sales management of a technical sales organization that includes account managers and systems engineers.

5+ years of sales experience and able to provide specific examples of closing large, strategic deals.
