About You


  • You have 1-2 years of professional experience. Ideally in a high-paced, enterprise technology, but if not, thats okay (but come prepared with a clear story on why you want to transition into tech sales)

  • You were a top 10% performer at your last company and have a history of over-achievement 

  • You are highly driven, intelligent, hungry and most importantly, youre coachable

  • It would be useful if you have experience with systems like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach.io and Skrapp

  • Youve had some level of exposure to the core tenants of value-based selling: identifying pain points, building champions, and business outcomes


About the Role

What is unique about the AppDynamics BDR Role?


  • Generate pipeline within Enterprise Accounts in your territory by collaborating alongside the top Key Account Directors in the industry

  • Progress deals from Introduction, Discovery and finally to Custom Demonstration. Execute the invaluable Art and Science of finding pain

  • Participate in making Marketing Events successful

  • Learning structured program to progress into Individual Contributor role
