+ To develop and implement strategic and operational plans under the guidance of Inflammation and Immunology Lead (I&I Lead) and in conjunction with the other members of I&I Team. The role will involve working closely with the Global team on strategies and campaigns.

+ Build up, strengthen and ensure long term customer relationship with the accounts key stakeholders (payers, consultants, nurses, and providers) responsible for anti-TNF/Biosimilar products and ensure formulary pull through via regular visits with key stakeholders and relevant healthcare professionals

+ Responsible for all product tenders within the I&I Business Unit. Ensuring timely completion of documentation, working closely with all internal stakeholders involved to ensure successful growth of our business and delivering on our budget commitments.

+ Build intimate knowledge of account stakeholders priorities, processes, business needs, drivers and barriers to biosimilar utilization. Develop internal and external networks and relationships and ensure our business is well informed and proactive to significant market changes

+ Collaborate with the KAM function and ensure we are successful with our Biosimilar business in Hospitals

+ Responsible for communication of strategies to the I&I team and ensuring provision of support materials

+ To collaborate with I&I Global colleagues on a continuous basis to ensure external resources are leveraged to help maximise revenues in Ireland

+ To foster excellent working relationships with KOLs and Consultants in order to gain an in-depth market knowledge.

+ Be an active contributor to I&I Management team locally


+ Degree level qualification in Marketing, Business, Science or equivalent

+ At least 3 years of proven performance in a similar role

+ Proven track record of executing campaigns that drive demand and revenues

+ Excellent understanding of marketing process from planning, executing to evaluating campaigns

+ Excellent understanding of the Tender Process as it applies to our business

+ Understanding of Irish pharmaceutical market, including the High Tech market

+ Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

**Marketing Planning**

+ Lead the strategic and operational brand plans and deliver to agreed time deadlines

+ Gain agreement with I&I Lead on major brand strategies

**Implementation of Plans**

+ Ensure effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes.

+ Ensure effective communication of strategy and messaging to the team

+ Liaise very closely with I&I medical to ensure clinical opportunities are maximized

**Monitoring and Control**

+ Monitor progress against designated plans to ensure corrective action can be taken if deviations occur

**Market Intelligence**

+ Analyse and interpret market intelligence from a range of sources to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for input into decisions

+ Analyse and address market issues, tactics with the I&I Team

**Quality & Compliance**

+ Ensure highest standards of compliance and quality are implemented

+ 100% adherence to the Pfizer T&E Policy and FCPA Policies

+ Ensure compliance with all risk management, corporate and regulatory requirements and Affiliate's QMS as they apply to this function

**Self Development**

+ Implement/update personal development plan in order to develop career

+ Seek challenges from I&I Lead for personal development
