Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Walmart.com operational data analysis and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Designs and performs analyses to address and resolves operational concerns. Drives the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 4 years relevant experience. Strong SQL skills. Advanced Excel skills. Experience presenting to wide audiences. Experience in eCommerce, Customer Care or related field. Experience with Tableau and Teradata. Some travel may be required. Please note, we are unable ti provide sponsorship for this role at this time.Additional Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree preferred. Experience with statistical or optimization modeling tools (e.g. R, SAS, SPSS).
