Prudential Financial is looking for a high-energy analyst to join our Future of Work Analytics group. In this role, you will solve complex challenges and identify new opportunities using a combination of analytical expertise, business acumen, strategic thinking, and project and relationship management skills. This position is located in Newark, N.J., a quick, easy 15-minute train ride from New York Penn Station and World Trade Center, or a short drive (with free parking!) from northern and central New Jersey locations.



  • Assist with the integration and mining of large and small data sets
  • Support the integration of data from disparate sources to identify insights and patterns
  • Support the preparation and presentation of written and verbal reports, findings, and distilling complex statistical information into easy-to-understand business language
  • Apply knowledge of Human Resources programs and processes and relevant industry knowledge to analyze and develop insights
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring on time completion 


  • Bachelors degree plus a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience
  • Experience analyzing large data sets using statistical software, such as SAS, and SPSS, to discover new business insights
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
  • Ability to learn fast and solve problems with patience and persistence
  • Well developed written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and explain data to business manager
  • Strong project management skills / experience managing projects and schedules to successful completion
  • Human Resources experience a plus
