TITLE:              Analyst, Compliance

LOCATION:       Newark, NJ

DUTIES:           Coordinate compliance risk assessment process by understanding stakeholder risk assessment needs. Manage expectations, and prioritize deliverables. Oversee and monitor assessments for consistent application of methodology. Ensure the timely review and completion of compliance risk assessments.  Prepare and review risk assessment results, identify trends & patterns and implement action steps stemming from behavioral compliance concepts. Work with other control functions to implement an aligned framework for optimal results. Collaborate with Compliance Technology and Analytics as well as Law Compliance Business Ethics & External Affairs (LCBE) Technology to implement changes. Gauge impact of potential process changes on stakeholder execution. Partner with technology personnel to build business requirements and support design and development phases. Coordinate users for user acceptance testing, develop user test scripts, and perform user acceptance testing including sign off. Work in partnership with Compliance Testing Unit (CTU) in the development and implementation of the revised CTU program and documents. Review regulatory enforcement actions brought against individuals and entities by the various regulators to provide reporting on regulatory hot topics to senior management. Utilize sound psychological savvy and knowledge of behavioral ethics.


REQTS:             Must have Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Psychology, Big Data Analytics or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered as an Analyst, Compliance, as a Senior Data Analyst or a related position. Must have three (3) years of experience with all of the following: Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Process and Technology Administration; Compliance Risk Assessment; Behavioral Compliance, Risk Rating Methodology; Enterprise Legal Inventory; Enterprise Issues Management; Enterprise Risk Assessments/Issues Results Reporting; Enterprise Process Administration and Continuous Improvement; Risk/Control Taxonomy Development; Quality Review; Key Risk Indicator Metrics; Archer Technology Solutions; Archer Process Enablement; System Design; Business Requirements; Archer Demand Management Process; User Experience Coordination; User Acceptance Test Script Development; User Acceptance Testing; System Development Troubleshooting; Enterprise Training Delivery; Senior Leadership presentations; Compliance Programs Needs Analysis; and Business Impact Analysis. 


HOURS:            Full time; Mon- Fri (37.5 hrs/week)
