What You'll Do:

As a Business Analyst supporting Customer Experience (CX) ANZ/APJC, you will be responsible for not only analyzing data, but translating that data into actionable insights with succinct guidance on how to optimize the business. You will be primarily responsible for managing the analytics behind Cisco Services data and forming a strategy to optimize customer experience and Cisco relevance.

Strategy will be communicated and driven at a senior level, and you will need to be able to build analysis and actions in a cross-functional manner to drive initiatives and change throughout the organization. You will be accountable for providing periodic reviews of the business to leadership, and offering prescriptive recommendations to enforce or invest in certain behaviors to produce a desired outcome.


Who You'll Work with:

You will operate effectively across a matrix organization that spans the APJC as well as work closely with your counterparts in other parts of CX operations and other key partners like CX Delivery, Business Development, Finance, Product Management, CX operations teams and Sales operations.


Who You Are :

To be successful in this role you should be comfortable with big data, database structures, analytics tools, project / program management, and presenting ideas and theories from the analysis of data. There will be an expectation of business knowledge related to technical support services and their role in the marketplace, and the ability to connect market and industry knowledge to the job function. A background in Finance, Services, and Platforms (Data or IT) is highly desirable.


Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree with at least 5-10 years experience in a large multi-national company with exposure to various aspects of the business. Experience and understanding of CX/Services and Finance organization, processes, and policies are a strong plus. Senior Level data analysis skills:

  • Curiosity
  • Ability to derive new analytical models to provide business insights
  • Work across multiple analytical platforms and tools
  • Technical as well as business knowledge of data and database systems
  • Communication and Presentation
  • Database structures and tools
  • Analytics tools (e.g.: Tableau)
  • Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Project or Program Management
