The candidate will be responsible for the look and feel of internal and external presentations. Whether they are new initiatives, quarterly business reviews or existing documents, he/she will be the go-to person to make these documents look presentable. Candidate will also support innovation projects, working with cross functional teams. **Responsibilities:**



+ The candidate will be responsible for designing, producing and updating presentations for internal use and external clients

+ He/she will work under the direction of the innovation director and will be responsible for upholding best standards while creating effective, dynamic and well thought out presentations

+ The candidate must have the ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of easy to understand frameworks, charts, graphs and diagrams

+ Create templates to maintain presentational best standards across the company

+ Support Innovation projects working with cross functional teams, such as Virtual Core

+ Contribute with project management insights and tools

+ Manage a wide variety of demands at one time with quality execution and on time delivery



Graphic Design education preferred. Business Education will be considered a plus. Experience: professional graphic design/production experience. Agency background will be considered a plus. Good Written English required. Technical Knowledge:



+ Expert in visualizing concepts in PowerPoint with a strong eye for design

+ Thorough working knowledge of Excel, Word, Photoshop and Illustrator

+ Ability to uphold brand and style guidelines

+ Flash and web skills a plus

+ Handle a variety of tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

+ Committed to responsiveness, high-quality work, confidentiality

+ Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully

+ Well organized and used to working within tight deadlines
