Digital Product Portfolio

We are looking for aProduct & AgileLeaderto join the Agile Operations department in theDigital Product Management Capability toleadlarge-scale technology and business deliverables includingstrategy,cadences, metrics, andchange management. You will guideleaders andteams in the execution ofproduct &agile initiatives to deliver customer valueandextraordinary experiences. We are looking for a driven servant-leader with experienceindigitaltransformationinaddition todeveloping Agileoperationsand governance.This leaderworks closely withtechnology and digital product capabilityleaders, division leadersand portfolio and product leaders for strategic alignment and program prioritization. This role will providedivisionleadership and stakeholders visibility into the general health ofportfolio and products using outcomes-based reporting and meaningful measures.


TheAgile Operations departmentfacilitates the coordination of large-scale portfolios and products and houses the Product & Agile Center of Excellence (PACE). TheAgile Operations departmentis the catalyst for product and agile ways of working, tools, culture and creates a culture ofbusiness agility andrelentlesslearning.

We trust thatyou will:


* Have a strong understanding ofProduct management,Agile, Lean, and Automation concepts and practices

* Define, develop, and execute on various Agile,initiatives, adoptions, and change strategies within a rapidly changing, complex, and matrixed environment.

* Interface with key stakeholders to oversee and execute on multiple concurrent initiatives focused on process improvements resulting in reduced cycle time.

* Develop the necessaryoperations and governancemodels for initiatives once implemented.

* Be accountable to help teams effectively deployProduct &Agile methodologies

* Train and coach teams on the concepts, implementation and practice of Product & Agile ways of working

* Work closely and interactively with leaders acrossdivisions to provide coaching for theirProduct &Agile transformation journey.

* Conduct maturity assessments and improvement initiatives while integrating agility into the organization.

* Showcase theprogressof initiatives.

* Utilize in-depth knowledge of theProduct Management andlean Agile framework to recommend innovations that enhance and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.



WE VALUE:


* Agile experience in: Leading organizational-levelProduct &Agile transformation activities. Coaching development teams in theory and practice of Agile. Product development role in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) Facilitating Program Increment planning events. Leading discussions with Sr. Leadership on Lean-Agile principles

* Certified SPC (and/or other Agile certifications)

* Strong negotiation skills.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Strong analytical skills and innovative mindset.

* Strong project management skills including the ability to manage priorities and workflow.





* Bachelors Degree in a technical or related discipline preferred

* Multiple years of experience directly related to technology or digital products

* Multiple years of people leadership (or equivalent) managing large, complex projects in technology or digital products preferred.

* Ability to lead through change and ambiguity with an Agile and Growth Mindset

* A proven track record of successfully implementing software projects using Agile methodologies

* Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of Agile, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration.

* Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using agile tools:



* Agile Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps, Aha!, JIRA or equivalent

* Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools



* Balanced business/technical background

* Proven interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building

* Proven analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands

* Proven knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence

* Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and technology individuals at all levels, including the executive level

* Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view
