Auto req ID: 231182BR Job Description Responsibilities: Partner with key account to develop Away From Home (AFH) channel marketing strategies and core platforms, plus some transformation initiative to better enhance our AFH business capabilities in the market Own the AFH channel Strategic Plan, leads the AOP roll up and supports key actions. Lead marketing strategies and programs for yearly customer bidding and renewal Lead execution of AFH channel beverage & food AOP, approx. 100 MM in Volume Lead via consumer insights, calendar focus, development processes and mass communication creative excellence. Manage A&M and designed budget Accountabilities: Understand consumer insight of Overall Beverage & Food market, focusing on restaurants, diners, workplaces partnership Lead transformation projects and navigate through internal system and processes to secure internal cross-function and bottlers alignment Interact with marketing leader of our global/local customers Implement and execute marketing activities according to AOP and marketing calendar Manage A&M spending to be in line with AOP Partner with bottlers for the marketing AOP discussion, negotiate and implementation through our key accounts Coordinate with advertising agency on above and below the line activities/ inc. research agencies Monitor channel health and marketing movement to update team, especially, teens market Coordinate with internal partners and leader, i.e. Procurement, Trade Marketing to get alignment on key marketing activities Leadership in Projects and NPDs. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/ MBA is a plus 8 years experience in Marketing, both NPD and Brand Activations Track records of Marketing strategic thinking and quick adaptation through data and insights Experience in marketing project end-to-end process from innovation, pitching, negotiation and see through to implementation Strong influencing and people management skills - ability to engage/motivate colleagues and stakeholders behind a project Strong negotiation skills to both internal and external party Strong interpersonal skills, able to navigate through structure to get the right alignment Innovative thinking: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution Initiative and flexible Work well under pressure Strong discipline of deploying 360 marketing programs Proven ability to manage a matrix organization (cross-functional / cross-border) Excellent command in English Computer literature in Microsoft Office Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular","city":"ALL","state":"Bangkok
