National PEO, PE and Association/Trust team is expanding our integration and reach with several national partners. This aggregated employer group position will manage existing and new PEO partner relationships.

"Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Overall responsibility for the management of the PEO and the teams supporting the PEO including service, implementation, commissions, billing, sales, marketing and underwriting
  • ""
  • Works with internal and external partners to develop relationship specific retention strategy and growth initiatives
  • ""
  • Supports review and inclusion of all top selling products available in the market
  • ""
  • Recruits, trains and coaches internal & external sales partners and team liaisons for other functional areas
  • ""
  • Accountable for growing the PEO book of business
  • ""
  • Adept at understanding complex concepts and situations presented by the business environment
  • ""
  • Quickly assesses complex problems and selects the appropriate solution
  • ""
  • Possesses very advanced consultative skills
  • ""
  • Knows products sold in all primary markets and can clearly explain the difference between products
  • ""
  • Selects the correct product for the PEOs current and future sales and retention needs
  • ""
  • Makes recommendations for changes and can train others on skills
  • ""
  • Leads teams in any project related to account management and selling environment
  • ""
  • Gives directions and brings the project to fruition
  • ""
  • Develops work plans to effectively manage projects
  • ""
  • Translates business strategies into clear objectives
  • ""
  • Builds internal networks and consensus to shape decisions of upper management
  • ""
  • Negotiation and leadership skills are critical

  • Builds and maintains positive, constructive working relationships with senior levels as well as internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of relevant sales experience
  • ""
  • 8+ years of experience working with brokers/consultants
  • ""
  • 8+ years of experience meeting retention/sales goals/targets
  • ""
  • 8+ years of experience using data analysis to drive change
  • ""
  • 3+ years of experience andproficiency withMicrosoft suite to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • ""
  • Sales Insurance License Maintained by Law
  • ""
  • Working knowledge of Prime & ACIS platforms and fully insured & minimum premium funding arrangements
  • ""
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • ""
