The Onboarding Specialist partners with the Onboarding and Transition team to support key operational, analytical and reporting needs of the team.  The candidate will be responsible for delivering and preparing reports and documents needed for the operational programs and initiatives delivered by the Onboarding and Transition centralized team.  

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and distributing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports from proprietary database
  • Providing project management support and follow up needed to drive projects to completion
  • Support field and home office operations for the onboarding of new experienced financial professionals
  • Support the development of technology enabled solutions for new experienced financial professionals
  • Validates, processes and tracks vendors invoices
  • Other special projects as needed 


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a financial services organization in an administrative or operational role; supporting a sales channel preferred
  • Knowledge of investment business a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior customer service and phone skills
  • Must be able to organize activities and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Effective and timely follow-up required
  • Ability to identify efficiencies in existing processes and procedures in order to foster continuous improvement both individually and at the team level
  • Strong analytical, reporting, decision making skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams skills
  • Limited travel may be necessary
