The Virtual Administrative Assistant performs full administrative and general office duties in support of a Director and/or department.\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003C/strong\u003ESchedules and coordinates virtual appointments and makes arrangements for virtual meetings, conferences and travel to ensure effective management of supervisor\u0027 s/department\u0027 s calendar.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E Screens telephone calls and resolves or refers them as appropriate.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E Prepares routine letters, memorandums, agendas, presentations, forms, etc.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E Responsible for establishing and maintaining official documents and records in appropriate files to ensure organization of materials.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E Performs clerical duties such as typing, note taking, and managing daily mail to make certain that order is maintained within the office or department and documents are accurate.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E Maintains Director\u0027 s email and voicemail correspondence to maintain adequate and timely communication.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E May require some light accounting/budget review.\u003Cbr /\u003E Helping with regular video communications\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003ENATURE AND SCOPE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E This position typically reports to Director/Sr. Director \u003Cbr /\u003E This position has 0 Direct Reports\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EEnvironment:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E Located in a comfortable indoor area.
