As part of the Retirement Actuarial Research and Development team, you would be responsible for the following:

 Support research and product development initiatives for our US Retirement products such as Pension Risk Transfer.
 Help internal efforts to continuously improve Pricing Frameworks for Prudential Retirement products.
 Maintain and improve models used for US Retirement product capital frameworks.
 Analyze the impact of NAIC regulatory changes on RBC regulatory required capital.
 Determine economic capital requirements for each Prudential Retirement product.
 Collaborate with modeling and pricing teams to drive improvements to Asset and Liability Matching (ALM) capabilities used for pricing.
 Engage key business partners and corporate stakeholders in a large matrix organization.


In order to excel at this role, you will need the following skills:

 Ability to act with urgency and deliver tasks within deadlines
 Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with high quality standards
 Strong communication skills to credibly explain analysis
 Capable of learning quickly and working well across teams in a collaborative matrix environment
 Experience with using Microsoft Excel
 Passed at least two actuarial exams from the Society of Actuaries
 Knowledge of VBA is a plus
