Responsibilities

Develop a training information system for a DOD client. Training system will provide a common operational picture of the training environment in five integrated capability areas: Training Development, Training Management, Training Enterprise Scheduling, Learning Content Management, and Training Resource Management. These capabilities will enable the DOD client in planning and preparing for operational, institutional and self-development training.

  • Assist in preparation and control of operational plans, financial reports, and contract deliverables. Ensure records management/retention policies are followed.
  • Liaison between leadership and business / finance team on tracking staffing, manpower reporting, personnel accountability.
  • Coordinate with leadership and financial team on compliance issues related to internal Perspecta requirements to include bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Provide oversight for subcontract management to include electronic file cabinet compliance, small business and security/performance management.
  • Provide management of teams responsible for on-boarding and out-processing personnel to ensure compliance with client / Perspecta procedures.
  • Assist with development of contract/subcontract documents to include Requests for Quotes, Statement of Works, Performance Work Statements, monthly reports, staffing plans, project management plans, and quality control plans. Track deliverables to ensure compliance with Acceptable Quality Levels.
  • Manage internal Perspecta process changes related to staffing, hiring, training, human resource policies, etc.
  • Oversee all Common Access Card renewals and contract procedures.
  • Liaison between account and corporate/client security teams providing oversight for security management for contracts. Provide guidance to business office team on issues related to Visit Authorization Letters, Consent to Collect forms, Request for Access forms, Contractor Verification System, eQIP submissions, DD254, SF312, etc.
  • Provide guidance on training, education / certification requirements to include tuition assistance, mandatory client / Perspecta training and/or certifications.
  • Initiate all Travel Requests and Trip Reports for all travel to include client concurrence. Ensure compliance with EEM requirements and/or Joint Travel Requirements. Maintain repository of backup documents.
  • Responsible for asset management, life cycle replacement and tracking of all Perspecta owned notebooks, cell phones, and air cards.
  • Provide facilities management in coordination with GRE for offsite locations. This includes managing payments of communications-related bills, P-Card purchases to maintain supplies/inventory.
  • Assist in coordination of event planning related to internal / external facing meetings, training events, recognition events.
  • Manage teams responsible for labor recording, and corporate administrative systems. Stay current with processes and procedures related to labor recording and compliance. Assist Business, Financial Teams, and Technical Leaders with labor recording issues.

Qualifications

  • US citizen
  • Secret clearance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Account operations experience with large programs
  • Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility.
