Come Join our Dynamic Fast Paced Cox Team! In this Account Manager position, you are the Quarterback of the team, the subject matter expert on all things related to Registrations and Title solutions, working independently monitoring all aspects of the Dealertrack product for our clients and working cross functionally with many teams across the organization as the operations point of contact for your clients. You are the expert on anything related to that clients work within the Dealertrack product as well as general Registration and Titling. You are critical to the business, due to the high touch requirements demanded to ensure client satisfaction and will fill the need for client support allowing for better operational focus for driving the business. Work directly, professionally and collaboratively with operations team, client, Account Management, Training and other cross-functional teams as required to meet the clients needs.

Monitor customer satisfaction levels. Continually maintain awareness of clients business needs. Review and mitigate process gaps. Provide recommendations for business process efficiencies. Report notable concerns to leadership and provide suggestions for resolution.

Present additional product trainings for existing users in order to drive product utilization.

Maintain client activity records in Salesforce as related to client interaction.

Effectively lead calls with assigned clients and cross functional team members.

Review and update Audit Results weekly/monthly.

Provide stakeholders notification of client activity, issues and resolutions as logged data in Salesforce and Outlook communications.

Proficient comprehension of recommended workflows, software functionality and DMV best practices maintained through communication with internal and external resources. Maintain a valuable working relationship with DMV to resolve issues for our clients.

Qualifications: 5 years Relevant Experience Required. Prefer in Account Management or Training and BA/BS degree Required

Or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Background in Account Management, Technical Training, or the equivalent DMV/Automotive experience preferred

Experience leading webinars with large audiences

Travel up to 75%

Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule be on call and work weekends and holidays as necessary, depending on the customer/business needs.
