Global Service Provider group (GSP) is responsible for business with Service provider customers. In GSP, we help the Service Providers grow their network and revenues from voice, video and data services, transform their networks and shape their vision for the future.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for direct ownership of Ciscos Global Sell To Business in the Telecom Accounts and overall responsibility of leading the 360 degree relationship across telecom accounts for Bangladesh Territory.

Your success will reflect in sales achievements, long term customer relationships and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Focus on an extraordinary customer experience and become your customers trusted advisor.
  • Own and develop the Cisco Account Management Business Plan.
  • Orchestrate multi-functional team members to deliver complete business solutions.
  • Work closely with the Cisco teams, to drive the strategy and delivery of new solutions, products and services.
  • Plan and execute the sales strategy in order to meet the agreed milepost and timescales and to ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits and pipeline development reports.
  • Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership of the Bangladesh Telco accounts. Successfully lead all revenue streams from the Account by collaborating with varied account teams and extended virtual teams across geographies.
  • Build relationships with the client at all management levels. You should be able to create strong business relations between Cisco and the account partners at all levels.
  • Develop a long term 1-3 year Account/Business Plan in collaboration with cross functional teams to align with the customers long term growth, innovation plans and transformational business opportunities. Drive the execution of a 12 month Account/Business plan to meet set breakthroughs and goals
  • Identify and close global and local transformational opportunities in the account through strong relationships with key partners and executive decision makers to maximize Ciscos wallet share.
  • Develop & articulate sales strategies for all important opportunities and understand the buying cycle for the opportunities being pursued.
  • Achieve order intake targets for the Account portfolio under management.
  • Business reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development).
  • Ensures the desired position and market share, as set in the objectives, are achieved through the use of consistent messages in every aspect of the Account relationship and development on all appropriate levels.
  • Work with the customer to develop an innovation strategy to help save costs, deliver value to their business and gain a high-reaching advantage.
  • Act as primary focal point for your Accounts.
  • Focus on value based selling and creating business relevance for technology solutions

Who You Are

Minimum 12-17 years of work experience in sales & large account management

  • Responsible for leading large Telco account and achievement of sales target across IP Transport/Mobility and Data Center Architectures
  • Consistent record in achieving direct sales targets and experience in carrying multi-million dollar sale quotas.
  • Understanding of Telecom organizations and their buying cycles is preferred. Demonstrated experience with solution selling of Business and IT solutions is highly desired.
  • You are a self-starter with strong negotiation skills with multi-tasking abilities
