Cisco Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cisco, is seeking a Financial Solutions Manager (FSM) sales person in the U.S. COMMERCIAL SOUTH area. This person will be based in Texas --preferably in the Dallas-Ft Worth, Houston or the Austin, TX, area-- and be highly skilled in sales, communications, leasing and finance.


You should be a strong collaboration builder with the flexibility and knowledge to identify and develop the best transaction for Cisco, its channel partners, and its customers in the Commercial environment. Regular activities include technology finance and lease originations, and heavy interactions with the Cisco sales organization, its channel partners and its customers. You will focus on generating lease finance volume within Cisco Capitals current and future base of Commercial accounts. Additional responsibilities include regional training of Cisco's field sales force, and meeting with Customers and Partners to negotiate pricing, financial structuring, and contract negotiation.


Who Youll Work With:

The Cisco Capital US Commercial Sales Team is exciting, dynamic and the highest producing Capital sales team in the world. This role offers you the opportunity to work on complex and rewarding sales assignments. In this role, you will be working as part of a team to facilitate sales of Cisco products and services in the US Commercial South Area and also improve customer value for Cisco products and services.


Who You Are:

  • You have a Bachelors Degree
  • You reside in the Dallas, Houston or Austin, TX area
  • You have strong expectation setting skills
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • You have the ability to drive Commercial business with high-level Financial Decision Makers


Minimum Qualifications:

  • You have extensive experience selling complex leasing and finance transactions
  • You have 5+ years experience in medium to large-ticket equipment leasing
  • You've achieved a track record of handling long-term relationships with customers
  • You have a track record of sales results with emphasis on generating new accounts
  • You possess excellent oral and written skills


Desired Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • MBA a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Excel, Power Point  and HP financial calculator strongly suggested
