What Youll Do

The Americas Service Provider T-Mobile team is at the forefront of the transformation of T-Mobiles network business as they pivot to next-generation technologies and new service enablers such as 5G and security. We are hiring an Account Manager to join a dynamic team responsible for building new solutions for our direct relationship with T-Mobile. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with T-Mobile and Cisco product teams to build new innovative solutions T-Mobile can directly implement, and offer to its end customers.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic and day to day operational aspects for building new solutions with T-Mobiles product and business teams.

Specific duties will include:

Development and execution of new Cisco solutions and strategies to build new offerings for T-Mobile

Team leadership and communication of priorities and progress across the Cisco T-Mobile account team

Accurate forecasting of the week, month, quarter, and FY, leveraging SFDC and its capabilities

Developing and expanding Relationships with T-Mobile and Cisco Partners

Effectively working with other Cisco internal organizations (e.g. Sales Engineering, Business Unit, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain) to drive customer requirements needed to achieve customer and Cisco business outcomes

This role requires frequent customer interaction local to T-Mobiles headquarters in Bellevue, WA so applicants must be local

Who Youll Work With

This position reports to the Regional Manager for T-Mobile Core Infrastructure. The ability to collaborate and engage Sales and Engineering leaders across various internal and external organizations is a requirement, along with close collaboration with Business Units, Finance, and other organizations. Executive presence, data at the ready, and the ability to create clarity for decision making is the foundation of success.

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who feels deep pride in collaborating with customers, teammates, and supporting internal organizations to drive positive business outcomes for Cisco and our customers. Creating a positive culture with priority on integrity, team, enabling the success of others, and achieving goals is paramount. Experience and track record of success building with partners and selling security to Enterprise IT and large Service Providers. If you have experience and the desire to succeed in these areas this is the opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

BS or equivalent

5+ years selling solutions to planning, engineering and operations organizations at named accounts (preferably large service provider)

Demonstrated track record managing significant booking/revenue responsibility and overachieving targets to meet stretch goals

Business Development and Strategy experience required

Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally

Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals

Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade -- using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way
