The Frito-Lay internal advertising agency, D3, is looking for an Account Executive to help manage the amazing creative work we do for one or more of the Frito-Lay brands such as Lays, Doritos, Tostitos, PopCorners, SunChips and more. D3 handles everything from social accounts all the way up through the Superbowl advertising campaigns and everything in between and was recognized as the best in-house agency of the year by AdAge in 2021. This role will support the Senior Account Executive and Account Director leading the creative development process for several Frito-Lay brands. Were looking for a project managing guru, responsible for keeping the team organized, being two steps ahead of the game and juggling multiple projects across several brands. To succeed in this role, youll need the ability to anticipate client needs, address feedback and deliver completed projects on time. The work will often be on multiple projects, an attention to detail and organizational skills are essential so nothing slips through the cracks. Excellent interpersonal skills along with great communication and presentation skills are important traits for this position. A certain level of creativity and an understanding of the advertising industry and social media is also key. Responsibilities Strategic thinker capable of analyzing briefs and partnering with agency cross functional teams to deliver outstanding work Support relationship with the client (brand team) and demonstrate an understanding of their brand(s) and business challenges Proactive ownership of projects and processes; Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, great service, and an excellent client/agency relationship, going above and beyond client expectations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with other agency functions (i.e., Creative, Studio, Social) with the objective of getting the best out of these services Partner with Account Manager and Account Director on timelines, budgets, workload, and resourcing Support Social Strategists with content creation, community management, timelines, and research Lead weekly client status calls and participate in inter-agency calls Qualifications Requirements At least 2 years of experience in account and or client management in an Advertising agency (or similar) environment Bachelor's degree required. MBA or Master's a plus. Project management skills including development of timelines, budgets and problem solving Exceptional management, communication, and diplomacy skills Articulate and confident to lead client meetings and presentations Understanding of agency operations and structure Some experience executing and navigation of production projects High level of comfort with being flexible Desire to learn new trends, platforms, and functions Must be open to occasional travel (approx. 10-15% of time) Must be authorized to work in the United States Job Type Full-time Hybrid in office and remote (2 days in office in Plano, TX) COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
