The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Account Executive.

The Account Executive focuses on selling to sender hospitals/behavioral health facilities while assisting the General Manager - Crossings with large receiver accounts. Plans and carries out all sales activities within an assigned territory. Ensures customer satisfaction and quota numbers are met for the territory. Participates in managing overall quality of the XFERALL service delivery. Oversees usage and adoption, and manages relationships with senior roles at the hospitals. Maintains responsibility for implementing XFERALL solutions at the client site. Provides client training and onsite support for one to two days during the go live.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Generates and qualifies leads and makes sales calls to new and existing clients.
  • Sources and develops client referrals.
  • Prepares sales action plans and strategies.
  • Participates in sales events as directed by General Manager Crossings. Schedules sales activity, maintains sales activity records and prepares sales reports within the territory as requested by sales leadership.
  • Develops and maintains a customer database and sales/promotional materials.
  • Plans and conducts direct marketing activities.
  • Develops and makes presentations of XFERALL services.
  • Develops sales proposals, prepares and presents sales contracts, negotiates with clients.
  • Responds to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
  • Ensures customer service satisfaction and good client relationships with follow-up on sales activity.
  • Implements XFERALL solutions at client. Participates in/leads Training events.
  • Assures client adoption of XFERALL solutions. Performs quality checks on overall XFERALL service delivery.
  • Carries out market research and surveys.
  • Monitors competitors, market conditions and product development.
  • Meets personal sales goals as set forth by administrative team.
Job Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor'sdegree from accredited 4 year university/college institution.
  • 3 5 years of sales experience or healthcare business development experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of Miller-Heiman Strategic Selling Concepts, knowledge of customer service and basic business principles.
  • Experience in sales, making presentations, conducting contract negotiations.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets while working with a quota.
  • Clinical education/experience considered a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization and planning adaptability.
  • Innovative decision-making, problem analysis and problem-solving.
  • Stress tolerance.
  • Information management, presentation skills.
  • Position requires up to 70% travel.
