Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
  • Program/project management in software development
  • Experience with building analytics products and tools
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite of products and tools (specifically Jira, Confluence) as well as MSOffice/Excel to support business requirements such as metrics and reporting
  • Strong technical proficiency with either past programming, software engineer, data governance and integrity, or analytics experience needed
  • Hands on experience with SQL, Tableau a plus
  • Expert in lean/agile methodologies
  • A clear track record of making a difference in the projects you drive
  • Naturally accountable and responsible
  • Self-starting, self-motivated, focused, and self-sufficient
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization
  • Strong facilitation skills (operational, progress and status meetings)
