Position Summary

Responsible for leading and managing all Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) social media channels with relevant, engaging content that strategically supports overall FRN Marketing objectives.

Job Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support FRN facility marketing efforts by integrating social media into overall strategies
Research and analyze existing data to create and implement social media advertising campaigns that support FRN facility performance
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
Maintain and manage all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+) for all FRN facilities and sub-brands such as Foundations Events and the L+C.
Conceptualize, research, create, optimize and post engaging content that continues to set FRN brands apart from competitors 
Coordinates with creative team on social media campaign ideas and participates in the weekly Creative/Content meetings.
Help maintain and upload content for blog postings on selected websites.
   Collaborate with corporate social media support team to create/update specific policies and procedures for FRN
   Utilize social media to demonstrate FRN’s position in the industry as the leader in co-occurring disorder treatment
   Form compassionate, compliant responses to social media messages in collaboration with Public Relations Coordinator

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and importance for social media
Ability to plan, execute and analyze original, creative ideas from start to finish
Intuitive understanding of what makes a truly great customer experience
Team player – must collaborate with Public Relations Coordinator, other marketing department teams and outside vendors
Receptive to creative collaboration and direction from Brand Manager
Aware of industry trends and marketing opportunities in social media
Keen eye for design – ability to create content or provide thorough strategic creative direction
Ability to develop and execute social media advertising campaigns independently, and with internal and external teams or vendors
Ability to glean insights from social media and report to Brand Manager
Self-starter with a passion for marketing and helping individuals seeking treatment

Education and Experience

3-5 years of related work experience required.
Experience with Microsoft Office, WordPress and/or SEO tools strongly preferred.
Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media channels
Facebook Advertising Certification preferred
Google Analytics Certification preferred
Experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or other social media management tools
Strong understanding of social media’s role in public relations and overall marketing strategy

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Ability to be physically mobile; however, long periods of sitting will be required.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Constant use of computer requiring manual dexterity.
Ability to read, write and analyze detailed and complex information.
Ability to travel 25% of the time
