What You'll Do

Cisco's IOT Networking Business is staffing its Global Business Development team to drive the business growth

for its Product Portfolio. IOT is one of the growth areas for Cisco and we are looking forward to staffing Business Development Managers.

As the IoT Networking Business Development Manager, you will drive the acceleration of product bookings and will be responsible for:

 

             

·Design and Run Demand Generation Campaigns

·Frontline Sales Enablement

·Partner Enablement and Acceleration

·Deal Support & Orchestration

-Drive GTM Growth Initiatives

 

Who You'll Work With

 

You will work closely with Customers, Frontline Sales Teams, Product Management, Product Marketing, and the Partner Organization.

BDM's will report into Sr. Director, Global Business Development or Senior Manager, Business Development, and will

manage local GEO's/Theaters and will also have influence globally.

 

 

Who You Are

 

Professionals with 8-10yrs of Sales/Business Development experience in driving and scaling early stage business by leveraging Frontline Sales, Partners,

and Demand Generation Campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science minimum.

·Master's Degree or MBA will be ideal

 

Desired Skills

Must have at least 8-10 years of Business Development experience, with extensive experience in Sales

Enablement, Partner Enablement, Pipeline Management, Forecasting, Sales

Collateral development in Enterprise Networking and Industrial IoT Networking.

 

 

·Broad understanding of Networking Portfolio (Switching, Routing, Wireless, Security, Management)

·Experience working in Enterprise, Commercial, Public Sector, Segments

·Verticals Solutions Expertise and Experience in Manufacturing, Energy, and Public Sector is a plus

-Analytical skills leveraging Excel, Salesforce.com, and Business Objects/Tableau would be preferred.

·Self-starter with demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in plans and strategies with only general guidance.

·Strong financial analysis skills (Excel)

·Excellent verbal, written, slide generation and presentation skills are absolutely required.
