Provide overlay account management to the carrier customer(s) within the UK & Ireland. The sales account manager will utilize solution selling and account management techniques to manage and maximize the business relationships with our regional partners and channels.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Overlay sales management of Service Provider & Channel Partner accounts within region
  • Work closely within matrixed sales teams to deliver solutions to SP & Channel partners
  • Development and action of account plans in line with targets and goals set by the Regional Vice President
  • Working with internal teams to agree and align customer strategies
  • Advance the sales of new and existing opportunities with SaaS based contact centre solutions.
  • Pro Actively promote Cisco products to both new and existing customers ensuring we have a strong pipeline at all times.
  • Work closely with Pre Sales, factory and product teams for new and existing opportunities
  • Update account and opportunity information in Salesforce or current CRM
  • Provide weekly reports to the Regional leadership

Qualifications

  • Degree Educated in a relevant subject preferable
  • Qualifications include:
  • 10 + Years Contact Centre Sales Experience
  • 8+ Years service provider “sell to” experience
  • Technical Contact Centre experience essential
  • Ability to build strong relationships in business at all levels
  • Business Development experience
  • Professional training or product management skills preferable
  • Honest and trustworthy with a strong focus on doing what is best for the company and customer.

Working conditions

  • Ability to work in overlay sales capacity
  • Understanding and ability to function in highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to work remotely or from office locations
  • Ability to travel 50% of time to support sales teams in UKI
